Our Story

Welcome to The Noble Goat.

Our concept is simple: a nod to our favorite things and what we love to eat. We aim to present an exciting menu of some things you've had before and some things you haven't. Offering an eclectic collection of small plates, pizzas, and creative larger-format dishes, we embrace global flavors, and our menu will showcase the seasons. We are proud to feature some local farms as well as source some of the best ingredients from around the world.  

For the first few weeks, we will be a BYOB while we await our liquor license. Enjoy our menu of mocktails--we welcome you to bring in your favorite spirits, plus we will have a menu of classic cocktails we can create for you.
